Greek Tofu & Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

Tbsp
lemon juice

oregano
dried

tsp
salt

tsp
crushed red pepper
½
tsp
garlic powder

package
tofu
extra firm
1
can
chickpeas
rinsed and drained
Instructions
Remove tofu from package and press to remove excess moisture. Dice tofu into ½" cubes.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl or ziplock bag. Mix.
Ideally, marinate for at least 1 hour, but not necessary.
Serve on salad, bread, wraps, etc.
